T-Mobile Branding: “Even Better on the Inside” campaign
T-Mobile is proud of its brand and wanted an equally bold campaign about careers at the Un-carrier. This campaign promoted company values of growth, teamwork, inclusion and innovation as told through the awards and swag its employees had collected along the way.
The work brought strategy and assets where none existed before. A paid social campaign promoting technology, retail and corporate careers earned 7,065,421 impressions in under 2 weeks at a CPM of $4.72 (benchmark $22 CPM). And employee engagement in the campaign was off the charts!
